The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to make sure that you – the user of the Website and, possibly, JUV’s client – are informed and aware of the scope and nature of Information JUV brand collects and/or otherwise receives from or about you while you are using the Website, and how is it being processed and/or otherwise used by JUV.

  1. What are we collecting here? JUV collects and processes two types of data: Personal Information and Non Personal Information. This collection and processing of both types start upon your first Use of the Website. JUV sells on the Website the clothing products under the JUV brand (hereinafter - the “Products” or the “Branded Products”), and so JUV does not require any sensitive personal information for any purpose. Please don’t share with us any sensitive personal information when you Use the Website.

  1. What information will we ask you for? If you’re just browsing the Website, we won’t ask you for any personal information. However, if you send us an inquiry, sign up for an account per the Terms or place an order, we’ll need some information.
